1-on-1 Personal Coaching
Whether your goal is to build strength, weight loss, or lifestyle change, Coach John will develop a training program that is personalized to you based off your initial assessment and consultation. Together, we will develop your goals, skills, behaviors, and daily practices, as well as developing a timeline that will keep you accountable and committed to you. 1-on-1 Personal Coaching can be in person, virtual or hybrid.
Coach John coaches IN PERSON in Georgetown, Washington DC, as well as traveling to you, within the DC area.

Monthly Coaching Program
Whether your goal is to improve your health or lose 50 pounds, KimFit Coaching offers remote coaching that includes: monthly objectives, weekly plans, daily workouts including cardio homework. Each workout is individually designed towards your goals and needs, including warm ups, correctives, resistance training, and cool down exercises.
The monthly coaching plan is designed to develop your entire health and wellbeing, with a strong focus on lifestyle change, you will gain insight into your movement, nutrition and recovery skills needed to achieve a well balanced life. Along with the monthly program, you get to meet with Coach John twice a month for progress check-ins to keep you accountable.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition can be tricky. What diet to follow? What is the right amount of food for YOU? Stuck with bad habits that can’t seem to out-train?
Everyone has a different journey when it comes to food, so working together to develop skills, behaviors and habits that will best work for you to develop consistency and progress.
**This is not a nutrition meal plan. We focus on habits and change. You have a higher success rate at changing your nutritional habits slowly rather than trying to go on a meal plan or “diet” **
Nutrition Coaching sessions are 30 minutes long, online via FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Chat. Meeting every other week, we cover , topic of discussion, how it impacts you, and creating an action plan for two weeks. Bi-weekly, we create the next step together, to implement change. Our program runs 4 months or 16 weeks. We also understand most people looking for nutrition coaching have goals in mind and offer 3 month or 12-week program, however change takes time, and life gets in the way.
Rehab Coaching
Injured? Planning on surgery? or just finished physical therapy and need a coach that can help you continue progress that you have made? Coach John has worked with many clients with knee/hip/shoulder replacements, low back/hip/pelvic injuries, and mobility issues.
Coach John works closely with your health providers to deliver the best quality of service using evidence based coaching, certifications on rehab and mobility, as well as education in exercise physiology.
